Canada at Torino 2006

Last winter Olympics Canada got 17 medals (7 Gold, 3 Silver, 7 Bronze). My prediction for the team this time around is 18 medals. I heard expectations for the team are 20 or more medals (up to 25, if you can believe that), but our "favourites" always seem to find a new way to falter into fourth place crash and burn, completely putting themselves out of the medals.

Heil got us off to a flying start by winning our first gold medal...

Good thing Jose Theodore didn't make Team Canada, or else he would give the rest of the team a bad reputation for doping charges. At least he still has his hair...If only he can find a way to look good on the ice now...
